Ms. Jennifer Kennedy

I hail from the east coast, a small farm town named Poolesville, Maryland. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Salisbury University. The summer after graduation, I packed up my things and headed to Fort Worth, Texas to begin my teaching career in a fifth grade classroom. After a few years in the classroom, I became a Literacy Coach and later a Data Analyst. During this time, I earned my Master’s Degree in Education from Texas Wesleyan University and my Principal Certification from Tarleton State University.

I am very passionate about teaching, learning and the success of my students and my staff; this is evident through my ongoing tenure with FWISD. I love being the Principal of Riverside Applied Learning Center and making a positive impact on our school community.
